Personal Training Director
Growing up, Eastern NC has always been home to me. I graduated from East Carolina in 2015 with a Bachelors’s in Exercise Physiology. Upon graduating I began working at Vidant Wellness in Greenville and I obtained my ACSM Personal Training, USAW-L1, and Crossfit Level 1 certifications. Through training clients from all walks of life regardless of their goals or abilities I really developed a wide variety of experience. I thoroughly enjoy working with a diverse population from people who want to lose weight, rehab, and all the way to performance training. Growing up playing sports year-round and also working on the farm has instilled an active lifestyle. I am a huge advocate for having a healthy lifestyle and living a functional life. I want us to move better and feel better and therefore have a better quality of life. One of my favorite quotes of all time is ”He who says he can and he who says he can’t, are both usually right”.
No matter what your motivations are or what your experience is I truly want to help you achieve your goals.

As a stay-at-home mom, she considered the gym a place she could focus on herself and prioritize her own health and well-being. After regularly attending group fitness classes for years, Brenda gained her Yoga and Group Fitness certifications and began teaching at the gym in January 2017. Brenda recently earned her Personal Trainer certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.
