Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular strength. FIT&FUN is a total body strength workout paired with cardio intervals. The focus is on proper form and creating a strong foundation for improved fitness. Modifications are available and ALL are welcome!
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Yoga is a strengthening and invigorating workout with individualized attention to form. This is a one hour session.
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked.

Toning at its best, using weights, bands and callisthenic exercises for a heart pumping weight training workout.
