Low-Impact Cardio Circuit
This workout increases your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Low-Impact Cardio Circuit is for upper body strength work with handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball that is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.
SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Total Body Sculpt
This is toning at its best, using weights the ball, and callisthenic exercises for a heart pumping weight training workout.
Ultimate cardiovascular challenge complete with a sport specific warmup, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training, and a cool down.
A strengthening and invigorating workout with individualized attention to form. Yoga is a one hour session.
